  Each escape room can accommodate between 2 to 7 players, but we can host larger groups by splitting them across multiple rooms simultaneously.

• 3. What age is suitable for a birthday escape room party?

  Most rooms are perfect for ages 7 and above, as we offer kid-friendly and family-themed rooms as well. Please let us know the age group, and we’ll recommend the best options! (7 -11 years old required an adult to play with them)

• 4. Can we bring our own cake or food?

  You’re welcome to bring your own cake but no outside food & drinks allowed as we have our own snack meal package. (with an exemption of traditional/cultural sweets/cookies celebration)

• 5. Do you offer decorations or a private party room?

  - Palm Jumeirah Mall (Nakheel Mall): While we do not have private party rooms available, we’re happy to offer a decorated birthday setup in our reception area, which can be reserved for your group before or after your game. It’s a fun and festive way to celebrate—just be sure to book in advance so we can make your experience extra special!

  - Dubai Festival City Mall: Yes! We offer two private party rooms at our facility, and we can also provide a decorated birthday setup in our reception area. To ensure availability, we kindly ask that you book in advance when selecting your package. Please note: priority is given to birthday parties booked with Option 2 (Snack Meal Package)

• 8. Is a deposit required?

  Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your party booking. The rest can be paid on the day.
